At the Third Up North Yoga Conference again in Essex, NY!

Lake Champlain Yoga & Wellness has organized the third Up North Yoga Conference, uniting the talents and knowledge of six inspiring yoga instructors for a transformative day! The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 22, 2016 at the College for Every Student and Lake Champlain Yoga & Wellness in beautiful downtown Essex, New York. The day will bring a variety of sessions including open morning movement, diving into deeper adjustments, celebrating an autumnal yogic tradition through guided meditation and postures, exploring an advanced rhythmic practice, and concluding with a restorative experience embracing relaxation and sound. Attendees will be nourished midday by a local, organic lunch next door at the Essex Inn. Ignite your yoga practice whatever level you are, and come grow with us!

Cost to register is $115 by September 1, and $135 after. 60 spaces are available for this conference. Please register early if you would like to attend!

Any local news updates? Like who is back for the summer, what is for sale, what is for rent, who died, got pictures or videos………do they still do the sailboat races at the Crater Club???
