Canning Basics
$5/person

Learn how to put up the bounty of the season in the fully equipped Community Kitchen. Barbara Kunzie, master preservationist, will present a hands-on workshop in pressure-canning, hot-water canning, food safety, freezing and all the techniques to keep you eating well throughout the winter.

About the Grange Community Kitchen
