How often have you wanted a Meditation workshop, but also wanted to move your body? This workshop is for you! We will explore closing our eyes and quieting our minds along with twisting into various Yoga postures to open the body and keep the spine healthy along with decongesting the internal organs. If you enjoy meditation and twisting please join us. We will begin the workshop with meditation then move into 8-10 twisting Yoga postures… come to the mat for mediation/twisting/relaxation. Join us and explore your favorite twists while relaxing your body and mind!
