Weekly Yoga Classes

Monday Yoga – 4-5:15 pm
Wednesday Yoga – 5-6:15 pm
Thursday Yoga – 9-10:15 am
$10 per class – $45 for 5 classes – $85 for 10 classes
Each Kripalu Yoga Class begins by focusing on breathing, then warming the body through a series of stretches that move into Yoga postures which build strength and balance. We end the classes with relaxation that renews and refreshes! The classes are designed to stretch, strengthen & relax the body and mind. All levels are welcome!
Tai Chi
Brian Trzaskos, PT, LMT, CSCS, CMP, MI-C
Tuesdays 10:30-11:30 am
$10 per class – $45 for 5 classes – $85 for 10 classes
Join Brian for Sun Style Tai Chi, a gentle, therapeutic approach to movement with proven benefits for balance, strength, immune, and cardiovascular health. All classes are open to beginners of any age.
Total Body Conditioning
Jess Storey, CPT
Tuesdays 5-6 pm
$10 per class – $45 for 5 classes – $85 for 10 classes
This fitness class is primarily designed to improve your cardio system and tone and build strength. Fun, motivating music will help you power through an hour of invigorating and empowering exercises. Most of the movements can be modified or intensified depending on your fitness level. Please wear supportive athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle, a mat and a set of hand weights (2, 3, or 5 lbs) if you have them.
