This summer, LCY&W is offering more classes than ever before!  We are very excited for the return of Michael Fergot and his Anusara Inspired Yoga instruction, scheduled for Sundays 10-11:15am, and for the addition of two new Hatha Yoga teachers.

Joining the LCY&W family is Karin DeMuro, who will offer a Thursday morning class at 8:30-9:45am, and Kate Ritter who will continue her Tuesday class at 5-6:15pm, which began in May.  Both Karin and Kate have been involved in the LCY&W community as enthusiastic attendees, and we are thrilled to have them with us in this new capacity!

Rounding off the summer schedule will be the continuation of Michelle’s Wednesday class, and Susan Cerny on Mondays.

Robin Gucker will also return to lead another wonderful series of Kids’ Yoga, Tuesdays 9-10am.  This children’s class is designed to be a fun and safe discovery of the postures of yoga through the animal kingdom and games, including breathing exercises and concluding together in quiet. Robin will also be teaching on Fridays 9-10:15 am.

As always, please let us know if you are attending by email. If it’s your first class please arrive early so we may answer any questions.
