Join Nixa DeBellis for a free essential oils class on Friday, February 17 (6:00 – 7:00 pm), and return the next day as Nixa guides an enlightening journey through “The 15 Nityas – Everlasting Goddesses – the Phases of the Moon,” exploring feminine energies and the power of love and community.
Mondays bring meditation with LCY&W instructor Susan Cerny, beginning February 20. Directly following Susan’s weekly Monday class (4:30 – 6:00 pm), Susan will guide participants through a 45-minute experience, perfect for those with no experience or anyone who wants to deepen their mindfulness practice.
Our weekly offerings continue to grow! LCY&W instructor Karin DeMuro will offer a “FlowYin” Thursday evening class (5:00 – 6:15 pm), incorporating sequences as well as deeply held, gentle postures. This 6-week series will begin on February 23.
March 5 brings the return of Marianne Patinelli-Dubay, leading another much-anticipated “Soup & Seminar,” focusing on discussion of yoga philosophy and its application to our daily lives. This offering will take place from 1:00 – 4:00 pm.
And just as spring is beginning to unfold, we will be welcoming the return of renowned Ashaya Yoga instructor Todd Norian for our annual Wellness Weekend! Sessions will take place through the day March 25 & 26…only 17 spaces remain for this special event!
